Eighteenth Week of School

What would you make if you had, as your only possessions:

18 popsicles
18 pairs of sneakers
18 brown, organic eggs
18 sapling pear trees
18 sails (for sail boats)  and
18 top hats?

    Culprit- To be accused of.
    The girl at the store was called a culprit cause she stoled stuff.
